A: SVC is Strategic Venues and Concepts. We are not one person, we're a group of business associates who completely understand different aspects of the hospitality industry separately, but can collectively solve a much broader range of issues. Care to know more about the who? Click here!

Q: What?
A: SVC is a nightclub development and consulting firm. We service prospective and existing nightclub, bar and hospitality operators. Our services range from business planning and equity negotiations, to all aspects of opening and operations.

Q: Where?
A: SVC serves international as well as domestic clients. We have yet to encounter a client that we couldn't serve in one way or another, regardless of their location. By no means do we profess to completely understand the varied International customs, but we do find ourselves capable of advising these clients within the scope of operations and overall business strategy.

Q: Why?
A: SVC exists because of the need for a development company that can fulfill the needs of the individual operator. The formal hospitality industry education of our associates also allows us to serve the needs of our corporate clients like Mirage Resorts and Radisson Hotels.
