Depends how many bars are you going to have running because the more bartenders you have running the more you can serve people and people wont be waiting longer then 1 hr for a drink:)

I have strong relationships with every supplier, as well as MLCC. I'll PM you with my cell number.

I actually can't PM you - you probably aren't a confirmed user yet - so I have added my cell number to my posting signature.

What type of establishment are you thinking about? Who is your potential clientel? What other "like" establsuhments would surround you. For instance, a pool hall would most likely have a much smaller liquor bill vs. beer, but a martini lounge might only offer a few select beers and have 15 varieties of vodka. Once you decide on a business model, find out the major distributors in your area, their sales people are more than happy to drop off their selections. Make a list of the types of liquor and variety in each, and figure out your total cost per week.
