Sample Business Plan

I'm looking to obtain a few sample business plans for a Club that I'll be starting in April 2005, I'm trying to make sure I don't miss any steps in the process of getting things setup. If anyone can help me out, please let me know.

I just recently found a very good sample business plan at www.sba.gov. it will give a list of different business types you want a sample for, just scroll down to nightclubs. goodluck
