My wife and I are going to open a club next year and my question (IN Florida) Is there a reson that you can not have a private night club and not have to pay for a 4COP license maybe you have to pay more in taxes there is a club I know they sell you a membership at the door and you have to have this card to get in the club the reson Iam asking is that if they do not have any 4cop license at that time for sale. mybe need to talk to a lawyer about this but just asking :confused: if you know or are operatie this kind of club were can I get info to look at before I wast my time or iam I just wasting my time.With a private club I think you can stay open later.
