software for clubs

I currently own 3 nightclubs and I am opening 3 in the next 9 months. All my clubs are in 4 states. I need a software program that can alow me to use the Internet to view P&L reports and shift reports from all 6 clubs from my home . The fax machine is a pain in the ass. We do nightly Inventories I would like to be able to have my Managers input Physical inventories nightly so I can track LIQ cost. Please steer me in the right direction.

Why don't you just create a network of computers using an ISP? Then you can just pull a file open it from your house or office, and never have to fax anything... No fancy software needed... just an IT person to get everything set.

Just an idea, try lotus notes, with the right operator setting it up, it can be very versitile in communicating all company need.

Try P.C. anywhere........ I have Three Restaurant, Bar niteclubs and a scooter business , I keep track of everything from where ever I happen to be ..... Plus I can dial in and fix most problems from there........

I have decided to use PC anywhere to view the individual clubs PC's. Now all I need is a good Inventory software program for a nightclub operation. I got a quote from Accubar it was $3,500.00 per club. It included a hand held scanner and a bunch of bar coded strips. All I need is a basic Inventory program and a basic shift recap that will feed into a P&L Summery.

I could use a excell or a lotus program if it was already set up. I am not a computer junkie.
