I have opened and run over 9 clubs for the past 25 years. I am about to open a hip hop club in Indianapolis, Would you be intrested in a blow by blow or step by step feature on how to open a night-club? Including all Lic and Permits. I typically spend 50-70k to turnkey a club. This Hip Hop Club cost me approx $45K

The Wave,
re: Interested in a blow by blow or step by step feature on how to open a night-club
Unless the moderators have any objection, I/we are interested in all Nightclub start-up experiences.
This forum is all about the business of sharing such information.
Thank you for offering.

Id like to see the break down of how the 45000 was spent
I would appreciate seeing the step by step process for this venture. My only question what type of hip-hop club are you opening? 18+ where there's no dress code (ton of fighting)...or the 21+ young professionals, dress code enforced?

I would like to open a new club in the DC area. Is there a step-by-step book or course available? I have some key folks interested in the idea. One of my sis has been managing restaurants/clubs for 10+ yrs, one brother has 20+ yrs of econ & mkt exp, I have 20+ yrs in accounting & bookkeeping.
Any info that you can supply would be appreciated?
Thanks!!
