what percent can you expect

i am currently working on a buissness plan for financing a teen club in indiana. the demographics show there is around 12,000 people in the three county area in the age range, what percent do you think i could expect. when this hip hop production company comes in town to throw partys at the 4-h building its always packed with at very least 700 people. and is it smart to allow cops there, and is a guy allowed to frisk a girl on the way in

% - That's a little tough to determine, but given the sucess of this hiphop company, you may be able to expect a similar % based off their success - if you are doing similar production and advertise correctly.

Yes, yes, yes. In an environment that is primarily underage you are going to have more drugs, fights, and in general trouble than you would at anyother type of venue (With the possible exception of a country western venue). Add in hip/hop and your gonna get even more. From a longtime club security manager take my advice, make friends with the local PD and/or the local patrol. Make those individuals your best friends. Believe me, if you alienate them it will literally bite you in the ass.

As far as males searching females. NO never, not no way. especially minor females. That is just asking for a sexual assault charge. Always have female security do any searches, or better yet, off duty female police officers.
