I have recently been researching (actually looking into) the nightclub industry. I'm curious as to finance. Is there such an option as to own a business, and run it; yet have another (financial institution) acually hold ownership until debt is repaid.
I have a general idea, and am very much considering to take a chance. If a chance isn't taken, a wide range of opportunities will never be explored. What I mean to say is that I have limited experience, and I have never before started a business. But that should not stop me from exploring and developing a highly creative idea into a very lucrative opportunity (lucrative being broad).
I have not yet fully developed the idea into an actual plan. But, I am sure that I could create an executive summary that just might be persuasive.
I would also like to know of any other resources that I should consider for research.
Thank you
