Anyone in Philadelphia?

If you are reading this you must be in the Philadelphia area or interested in it. I have a great Idea, the plan, and the space.
But I am looking for a partner. If you are interested(AND HAVE EXPERIENCE) let's talk. I'm open to almost any thing you can bring to the table. =)

So I see That alot of people have looked at this posting
but no one is interested?
Well we have already started the first stages. That is- we have a great building in a hot neighborhood that also happens to have alot of transportation, and a parking lot. We have been consulting with a lawyer who has done his job in finding out all we needed to know about the legal end of things. And there is a crew of carpenters and trades men waiting to swing hammers.
Now is the hard part.
This is a 7000 sqft building, with a niche market. No one else is doing what we have planned and there is a huge market for this idea. Every other city in the world is doing this exept Philadelphia, (because of legal setup).
But we have found a way around it.
