Mixed Beverage License in NC

Hello All, any input would be greatly appreciated here... Opening a small 50 person capacity bar in a borderline 'redneck' area of the state but nonetheless, I need a Mixed Beverage License... due to such need, the great state of NC ABC requires us to have a 'written policy on granting full and limited memberships' and a written policy on use of facilities by guests'. Maybe I sound a little 'in-the-dark' on these subject but I am lost... Where do I start? What should they say? Please let me know if there is a link that I can follow to save me from the wrath of the NCABC!!!

i have no clue what that is but i would go see a few of you other bars in the area and see what they did. you could probally just change around a few words and use there's or another thought is call the state and ask them directly what they are looking for. good luck. mike
