designing ideals

ok im helping a friend design this new club opening hopefully in march in the st louis area. its is going to be the biggest club in st louis. so far we have the downstairs as a fire like them and the vip room a greek look and the upstairs a mediteirian (however you spell it) theme. which im having a lot of trouble with ideals. if anybody has any designing ideals on mediterian theme please let me know. what are some ideals on a logo that is a cross between the fire look and mediteirean. i also need some ideals on promotions, but we cannot layer our specials, if we have a special it has to be all nite. the only special i can think that wont kill us is 2 dollar long necks and up the charge at the door. personally i think we really dont need specials to attract people. we just need to keep the club up and service nice and friendly and people will come back.
