Okay, I have this really great idea for a nightclub that hasnt been explored yet in southern california.. my only problem is that i have absolutely no idea where to start.... what are the steps( in order) to make my dream become reality???

But, in sum...

There is no magic lantern to rub. You've got to get a SOLID business plan together, find funding (there are several ways), and most importantly - do your research: state legislation, regulations, licenses, fire codes, etc. etc.etc.
