I just came across a great opportunity for people looking to own a bar lounge. This lounge is for sale, last year it was a A+crowd hotspot....models celebs etc! VERY MODERN TRENDY LOOK INSIDE... i heard the previous owners had problems together so thats what screwed it up...anyway the landlord took back over the business and is selling the business for $150,000 which is so worth it!!!! THIS IS A BIG SCORE! everything is still left inside, sound system, bars, heating ac...etc. we also get a liquor license and the landolord is trying to get a full cabaret license

This is a great deal to take over a existing business that needs no work...we would just form a new INC or LLC under our new agreed upon company name and rename the place and we would be rockin and rollin making money right away!

Where is NY is this place? And why would the landlord only be selling a hotspot for $150K if he's looking into getting a cabaret license? He must be holding the note on the license. If that's the case, then you'd be a manager instead of the actual owner and paying a $16k monthly rental of the facility and holding all the liability.
