I recently had a bar opened and accepted credit cards. I had a few problems getting my Merchant Account opened online and I had signed up for the online terminal. When I started processing the tabs online, a few customers complained that the business was now closed. It had been sold to a friend of mine in the bar business. How can I collect the debt that is owed to me??
