We have done the drink and drown college crowds, now we are looking to go in a different direction. My wife and I are looking to open a Piano Bar. There are still a lot of questions we are still working on; Dueling pianos or single, up town or down town, food or no food. We are planning to fly to Chicago in June to visit Redheads piano bar and hopefully have a sit-down with the owners. Are there any other piano bar owners on this forum that we could visit and would be willing to share some insight? We don’t mind traveling when it comes to research or fun or both.
