London nightclub funding

I'm not sure if this will show up as I don't know if I've reached the minimum number of posts, but I'll try nonetheless.

I am looking for a partner / investor who can not only provide funding, but also help me run a new nightclub I am planning. I say this because I'm not just looking for someone with extra cash, instead I need someone who has a passion for the industry, has relevant experience and is willing to spend a lot of time and effort on something I believe is a great opportunity.

The location is central London, near the Soho area. The venue is currently open, but suffering heavily in the present economic conditions. In other words, a perfect time to move in!
