wine and taps bar

I am thinking of opening a wine and tapas bar in North Europe, perhaps Sweden :rolleyes:
How is the wine bar industry going? Does anyone have any experience from running a wine and tapas bar? I was thinking it should be at affordable prices as well as offering after work specials

Or how does the idea sound?

Maybe wine in Sweden is not such a great idea? There might be a growing demand for it but taxes are pretty high, especially on alcohol so it is hard to make any profit. I would like to have a wine business somehow though

I agree that wine business in Sweden would not be a good idea.

If you really want to have a wine business, you better have a bar in Greece, France, Spain or Italy, where it's popular.

And if you do want to have some kind of business in Sweden, I think you better have a coffee place there)
