Here is my newest Project! Yep a Coffee Shop! I have proven that I can make a Bar or Club successful, but here I show you that it is a formula. this was done in less than 1 week or total time and total cost of less than $26,000.

This is my first Coffee shop and it is already off and Running with rave reviews and the numbers increase daily with my marketing and a home run concept in a not so perfect location!

We are getting to the end and the project is moving so fast the logo is not done till the very end, I was also stuck traveling doing consulting when we actually opened to the public.
The first 30 days of any new concept are a mess and the meetings where fast and furious to get everything in line we are still making changes daily to the systems and the final product is a huge hit I will be adding more videos as I have more decor items that are still rolling in cuz the project went to fast

We put an add out for baristas and had 500 replys in 48 hours WOW:eek: the interview process was 5 managers from all of my venues feeding and weeding out the people down to the final interviewer.

Mr Jollys is open and running I filmed this later in the day because it was busy early and the place is to small I felt weird filming with all the people in there. it is not Candy or Dirty where it is big and packed this venue is more intimate and in the middle of the morning.

I know..... I have partners who brought me on to turn the venue around and they are RedBull still that will not last long! I have had it with Redbull in this market place they are so out of touch with what is actually going on in the market!
