psychology, marketing, book keeping, bar code and alcohol awareness, mixology, security, lighting design, fung shei (sp.?),
music, state and city alcohol regulations and ordinances, etc...the list will continue to grow as long as you are interested and continue in this business.

Start by doing a google search for what you just asked. It'll be a good starting point.

Would anyone know why my previous post was removed?

Probably because it contained blatant advertising or someone complained about it’s content. David

I think you can get it on Amazon too. It's a good book. Helped me a ton. A lot of stuff about security I never thought about before.

Hakujin. I looked at that website. $50 for a book is pretty steep. is it worth that much?

I've probably bought 20 copies over the years. I make it required reading for all new managers. It's pretty much everything you need to know about security. I use it to make all my security training manuals.

Something that I think is pretty cool is that every chapter has a question and answer review section. I use it to make sure my managers read it :)
