So I have been debating on this for a while...
Say I was opening a nightclub, I wanted to be open 3 days a week.
What days would I be open on? Obviously I would THINK Friday and Saturday, but then you have the other days of the week. Possibly a Tuesday or maybe even a Wednesdays?
I want to get everyones opinions first on that and see what everyone does for their own place. I am specifically really asking about nightclubs/lounges and not a bar but all suggestions/advice is welcome.
Now that that question is out of the way...
Here is another one for all of you owners out there. Say I would be going for the demographic of "chic, dress to impress" people, anywhere from 18-30 years of age. Well 21+ can only drink which is where the money is to be made. But there is a vast demographic for 18-20 year olds which like to party also and have fun just going to dance to some music and you can get them on cover charge easily.
From my experience, 21+ don't usually like to mix with ages under them who can't drink and socialize with them on that 'level'.

That way everyone has their own day to party and the 21+ guys are able to flirt with 18+ girls on the other day.

Or you have it Thursday, Friday, Saturday as your days to be open. Typically what I have seen and work pretty well was that... Thursdays 18+, Fridays 21+ and then Saturdays its 18+ for ladies and 21+ for guys.
I wanted to see what days everyone was open, what days ages are open to be in the club, and then how well everything seems to be going. Any advice, suggestions, criticism is welcome.
