i am opening a new club on a concept that has never been done.. the market is completely untapped. how do i convince possible investors and how do i do market research when there is no comparison? the possibilities for success are infinite, but how do you prove the thing that has never been tried?

The first thing you need to do is let us all know what it is that you want to do.

You've got to convince investors that your market is in dire need of what it is you conceive to be the next trend; You must have viable proof.

Why do you think this way? What would lead you to believe this? Can you disect your markets progress during the past years? If so, then prove it.

You are really getting ready to start to climb a tall hill.. If you are saying that you have a concept that has not been tried or touched. Then of course there is no place to research it. What you have to do is cross market what you are doing.

You have to research the trends in your area an explain how an what you are doing is going to improve whats out there. Because what you are trying to say is you are about to invent a market in your area.

So what is it that you are doing that is going to make someone go there than to " joes do drop in " across the street. Then you have got to have soild figures to hold water to what you are talking about...
