Just want to update my last post as of last time.
Ok this is were i stand. I found a 4000 square foot space in a hot location chelsea NYC, I submitted my financials to the landlord and was approved! my broker is currently drawing up a term sheet and lease which I will be signing next week!
This project is a go!
2800 square feet ground floor, 1400 square foot basement!...
im still looking for partners for this project.
Do not miss this, this is a great opportunity! i am established in the nyc scene for 11 years and was a founding member of the
hottest club in NYC period for models and that high end crowd..
