I'm still looking for partners/investors for this project, so if you're looking for a project to take on this oppurtunity is as good (or better) than any. I made an earlier post describing the extraordinary market, as well as the layout of this business proposal.

The building needs to be renovated, but $2,500 rent a month provides a really great oppurtunity to make some money. As you can see the building is set up perfectly and has a 1,000+ capacity.
I'm in Virginia, and we need to roll with this business plan quickly before we lose this great lease negotiation.
