Hi

I have looked for Incorporate or LLC in search but can not find any
Help what should I do Incorporate or LLC The wife and I will be the only owners
and the bar will be in Florida mybe club will hold and 200 people and have food will about 5 Employees we have 5 months before we move there but so much to do I did buy the little black bar book and was the best thing I have done
