start saving your pennies, you have little chance of finding a bank who will give you money because bars have a high failure rate. sorry for the negative answer.mike

we invest financing to clubs but not start-up money. only after you open up.

With HELOC or Refinancing your house plus get a partner or two to do the same. This will be a loan to the "corperation" you will create. Then, schedule a repayment (30yrs? 15yrs? etc...) schedule to each partner based on the percentage that they contributed (oh, the amount loaned is amortisized and given interest). If you are the man with the know how, you will be a partner, and an employee (GM? Manager?) and payed a salary as well. So, you get your loan to the corp payed back on a schedule with interest (percentage voted on by the partners) plus your monthly salary. Win Win for all involved. Every one has a depreciating stock in the building and land (seperate that from the business, i.e. "bar/nightclub"). Plus everyone shares in the profit from the business.

Our financing are similiar to a microloan. it is paid back within 12 months or less off your future Visa/MC sales through a small fixed withholding % we set you up on. Your payback each month will increase or decrease with your Visa/MC sales. No collateral, no tax returns, no financial statements needed. This is an unsecured business cash advance program for open and operating nightclubs. Under 1 yr in operation, max funding is $100K, over 1 year in operation, $150K max. Must have the Visa/MC monthly sales volume to justify the funding as well.
