Want to open a club of my own

Hello out there. Love your site. Anyway, I would love to open my own club someday. Is is very expensive to open one up in this day, age and time?

Failure rate can be high...unless you buy an existing place and slowly, I mean slowly turn into the club you want. You need the existing clients to keep revenue up while you change a little here, then a little there, soon you will notice that your customers are changing over time adjusting to your changes. Try to avoid financing through traditional lenders...form a corperation with family and friends, pool the money as a loan to the corp then decide on a re-payment plan. This keeps your corp in "debt", yet everyone gets paid.
