Our DJ company here in NJ currently works with 20+ different establishments providing them DJ's, Karaoke, Sound & Light as well as comprehensive promotion packages.
At present I am looking for someone who could become a 'Manager' for the business. We are adding customers fast and do need a bar/club minded individual who is familiar with managers & owners, sound & lights and general bar/club promotion.
In the beginning, the hours required would be limited, but as I increase the customer base, the amount of time needed would grow.
We try to maintain an upbeat, professional and progressive attitude and I would look for the same. We also don't have the stereotypical "DJ" mentality. When we work with an account, our main goals are to deliver on our promises, help increase their profits and develop a solid and long lasting relationship. For us, it is about consistent growth and a good attitude.
