Attorneys and Insurance

Hello all,

I would like to have some feedback on an idea I have.

I have been approached by several premise liability attorneys and insurance companys who want to use my training and consultanting company as a venue for their advertisements and potential business.

Here's the deal...

On the insurance side I offer 5-10% rate cut for current insurance company clients and a 5-10 % discount for new insurance company clients if they have at least half of their nightclub or bar employees attend one of my training sessions.

On the attorney side I offer a 30 minute free phone or in person consultation for any employee who attends my training sessions and then within the next year needs legal coverage for any use of force issues, service to a minor or any other liquor liability issue. Or, I offer owners and managers the same 30 or 60 minute phone or in person consultation for any liquor liability case against them.


Please provide me with any information or questions... good or bad about this idea.
