Can anyone offer advice, I am looking into opening a night club in my home town. I have the funds and location and am planning to refubish an existing run down night club. My major problem is lack of experience in the industry. Can anyone reccomend any courses, websites or advice centres to help me out with advice on my next step. I am hoping to go in with a partner who is also inexperienced. We have a long way to go, but would like to look into every aspect before commiting. We have plenty of ideas, but need a more practical and realistic approach. :)
