Hi All,
Hope everyone is doing great with their ventures/nightclubs.I've still doing a lot of research in opening a nightclub and alot that I come across is the 12 basic steps to take prior to opening a nightclub.Just to let u all know I'm looking at the Country music scene.If anyone can share their experiences or opinions on these 12 steps,I would like to know.

What 12 steps are you talking about. When you get a lil time post them on here so we can take a look.. Good luck with the research. Its a headache but it pays off..
