Thanks to all you guys that have been answering all my ?'s. I have a new one ! How do you keep a teen club going? I live in a city with a pop of 150,000. I talked to a radio guy here and he told me that these types of clubs have been tryed before and failed. Im 18 and I know that teens get burned out on stuff, and want to do different things after awile. Maybe it's my location, the funny thing is that it is really boring here and there really isn't anything to do here. But they still don't stay in biz. Also, what season do clubs do best in? In the winter there is nothing to do, but in the spring & summer peeps are out. Any ideas on what I can do to keep it going? Thanks!!!

I would say changing around stuff and constantly aiming to be ahead of compitition and doing new and exciting promotions.
Plus, make people enjoy what they have so they come back what ever season it is!

Tyler:
The teen market is a tough one. There are others on the site that are in the same boat as you. You guys should get together and knock heads.
