Hey Guys, Im new to this website so ill introduce myself. I'm Ruben,18, from Canada,Toronto Ontartio to be exact. I'm currently in the process of completing my business plan to open up my own bar/lounge. I will be creating also a floor layout using a 3D program to show how the place will look like to the investors. To top it off i'll be calcuting how much will be required if i was to build the place from scratch or look into a place and then strip it down which i have access to the Toronto Real Estate Board since i worked in real estate. I know location is critical to how successful the bar/lounge will be. This Place is real nice I've been learning a lot. To be successful you bust always be open and always willing to learn. So something im not that great is lighting. Maybe someone can give some suggestions.
