Looking for some answers on investment opportunity

I have been approached for an investment opportunity and would like to know if there is an expected number of drinks served per night for nightclubs that are in the "hot spot" within a certain demographic? This venue is appx. 3500 sq ft and total capacity of 185 persons. It will be an upscale martini bar. I have looked at the proposed financials and can extrapolate the number of drinks that need to be sold to make the goals of the business plan. As you can tell I have no experience behind the bar or in the office of one. I am pretty good on the other side of it though!!! The city we are in has a metro population of about 85,000 and surrounding draw of an additional 40,000 people. The location within the city is supreme for the prospected bar right amongst the other night life on a historic district.
