I run a 12,000 sq ft Nightclub in Ohio and have grown the business by almost 200% in 3 years. I believe I have outgrown the smaller city and my local government no longer appreciates me. I want to pack up and move to a larger city. My D license is transferrable to almost anywhere in Ohio (TREX Transfer) because my city is over-licensed with D licenses.
I am comfortable with the Cleveland Bar scene, and believe I could have a hell of a club there. I have some great comcepts, most of which are not terribly expensive to create, but I'd feel more comfortable jumping into a new market with a partner who has some experience and connections in that market.
I'd like to share the cost and ownership of a new upscale club.
I'm looking for a partner with connections in Cleveland, a desire to open a new upscale club,a strong business oriented mindstate, and cash. It would be nice if you have at least one operating establishment in the cleveland market.
I come equipped with a license, proven management experience, some cash, a full time accounting & business management staff & office, many creative yet acheivable ideas, and a few trustworthy, top-performing female bartenders.
