I am just a little frustrated because I am at a job I do not like, but the pay is good so I can not leave untill I have my business running. I just want to get the ball rolling on my club, so I can do something that I know I will love.

I don't know what help you're asking for. ASCAP, SESAC and BMI are the three licensing companies in the USA. And no, you don't need a mgmt degree to own a successful club.
