Hi,
I work for local night club, and am interested in purchasing one of those visible vaults. Its a clear plastic box with a digital combination on it. I know SCA promotions rent it, but I was trying to find a manufacture so we can puchase it for ourselves.
Any Information is greatly apreciated.
Thanks,

Just to let you know that I haven't forgot about you. I'm still looking for a Visible Vault. I'll talk to the SCA people in Vegas next week.

Another thing that is pretty cool is a full size Visible Vault. It's made out of glass and is about 7'6" tall. There is a fan located in the base of the unit that blows air towards the top. You can place one's, five's, ten's and twenty's in it and have them circulate around inside of the vault. You can also add other fake bills that look like the real thing. You have some type of contest that allows one or more people a chance to get into the vault and grab as much money as possible in a preset time frame. I did this many years ago when I was in the radio business. We had the contest air on our morning show. We had a local glass shop build it for us. We then had the finalists show up at our largest mall and let them into the booth and grab away. At the very last minute, we would throw a $100 bill in for good measure. We also had sponsor coupons mixed in with the money. The fake money had pictures of our DJ's on it (this way, we weren't counterfeiting U.S. currency). It's amazing how many problems the moving air, swirling money and coupons caused for the person inside. It was really hard for them to see the denomination on the bills. The most that we ever gave away to one person was about $150. The real money that was in there was mostly one's and five's.

We also did a promo with a treasure chest and a lock and key. This would be a lot less costly. If you want more info on the treasure chest, let me know. I'll post it here.

Hi,
The treasure chest does sound like a cool idea, and I definetly could see it work as well as other possibilities. I still am fond of teh visible vault idea, because its that extra attraction of actually seeing the bills stacked in there, kind of like going to a casino where the grant prize of the slot machines or what ever is right in front of you.
Its cool that your going to vegas next week, I was there last year and had a great time. Unfortunetly it doesn`t look like anyone from our club is going there due to our owners injury, so if your going to be there and see any great new product, or promotion ideas, and wouldn`t mind sharing them, please by all means post them here, I am sure everyone here who can`t attend, would love the information.
Thanks,

I will post what I find at the show.

You could make the Treasure Chest out of glass or plexiglass.
