18+ Venues with Alcohol?

Hey everyone,
I wanted to say thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this over and provide feedback.

I have a simple question that will undoubtedly be a very complex answer. I have scanned the last ten pages for information regarding this topic, but I haven’t seen it any mention of it beyond: it’s more trouble than its worth.
My question is, what are the laws or where can I find the laws that pertain to allowing 18-20 year olds in a club that serves alcohol. This would be for a music related venue.
What kind of safeguards can be used to limit liability?
Any other thoughts on this issue?

I don't really think it is an issue of the law. I think it will depend on your policy of the nightclub. As long as you have a doorman and ID everyone and put arm bands on the ones that are over 21 you should be fine. But, contact your local city or county government office that issues business licenses and permits.
