Starting a club

Recently my partner and I have talked about opening a club and as time went on it started to really happen. Because i know a few people in the business they have helped us throughout the process. We are currently working on a business plan and everything. I have a meeting set up next week with an investor in the city that is interested in our idea. Does anyone have any advice on what we should do to really get his attention and to make it look like we are really serious about it. I dont want to walk in and give him the wrong impression. Any advice would be really helpfull.
