Work as a bar-tender and deal with it for a while until you understand that aspect of the operation and work on getting promoted to manager. From the managers chair you can see the firms operations from all sides, financial, marketing, employee and customer relations. You may not own that place but it gives you experience and if you save up you can have some of your own capital to invest in your own place.
That's my advice.

In most states, 18 is the legal age to serve or work in the business.
If this isn't the case in FLA, try getting a job in a restaurant that has a lounge attached to it. You can learn by paying attention to both businesses.
