Hey, I have a club in Manhattan at this point in time which was put together by the help of many private investors(friends) of mine. I am now looking to purchase another club and am seeking a loan to do so. The club is profitable and it shows on paper/tax returns, etc. The price they are asking is somewhere in the 1.5 M price range and rent runs around 40,000 per month. This is about average for manhattan. Anyone know a bank or investor I may be able to approach about this? thanks.
