I am 19 years old and live in London.
What I'm trying to achieve is a dignified bar at night and a somewhere to relax during the day. I think this has potential because starbucks etc. close at night and bars get many customers during the day.
I would like to open a dignified ****tail bar/social lounge that would be the size of two shop fronts and would consist mostly of low sofas scattered around creating a very social environment. There will also be plenty of reading material and possibly a TV. There will also be some standard tables and chairs that would be cleared away at night to make more standing room. As well as this, a DJ will play funky and stylish tunes in the nights.
****tails, smooties and tramazinis would be the main food and drink.
Anyway, Im aware that it isnt the idea that sells, its the business plan but before I start researching into all sorts of costs, I would like to get some general feedback and suggestions/comments. So, what do you guys think?
