I was the DJ at a HUGE country nightclub in Lakeland, FL. The owner decided he was tired of the nightclub business so he sold controling partnership to someone who has closed the place and is turning it into a Top40 dance club...(wont last 6 months in this town by the way). We had huge crowds Thurs, Fri, and Sat night. This town is now "dying" for a new country bar (6000 - 8000 sq ft). I want to open it! Does anyone know how to find a financial backer?
