Uniform for employees

I'm opening a new nightclub. I've never opened one I've always ran them but was never there from the begining.
I want to find some sexy, creative uniform for my Bartenders and ****tail waitresses. I'm also debating if I should have my security wear sports coats. I definatly dont want to dress them up in a black T-shirt that says "security" on the back.
From what I've seen in the clubs around here I really feel that ours could do way better. Basically what the clubs here do is paint everything black and play music. They're not too creative with promotions or design. I plan on bringing some creative and unique things. I guess I got off the subject. Point is .... If anyone can think of something cute for my bartenders and something nice for my security. Any help at all would be greatly apprciated.

for our bar staff we bought them 'cheerleading' shorts they are black and show off the legs, their shirts are baby dolls with our logo on the front, a slit down the middle and they show off the belly. For security just have them wear a black tight shirt tucked in, along with black belt, black pants and black shoes. If you do this make sure they are wearing headsets or are quite large so everyone recgonizes they are security.
