what is the standard pay for a waitress? I am paying 7 an hour pluse she gets tips. Some people told me this was too much.

In my neck of the woods most waitresses make about 3 dollars and hour plus tips. If your paying 7 to a waitress she better be golden.

I can only hold about 118 people but they make about 70 dollars in a 6 hour shift.

That is about 70 in tips plus I pay them.
