E-mailads.com runs a website called membershipclub.net. They help bar and restuarant owners build permission based email lists for targeted marketing. I guess they have interest from beer distributors that are willing to pay for the promotions that are ran through the service. Cost something like $500 to get started. Check them out if you get a chance.
