Why are you selling this place ?

Hi, the reason we are selling is a long one... but to make it short...

we decided to build the place about 4 years ago and after a lot of happenings in the mean time. We opened on June 2nd, 2006.

We are a family group of companies based out of a city approximately 300km away and it is difficult to pursue other opportunities with a business so far away. We have good staff and managers, so it makes the workload easier. We are commited to the business and have investment a lot of time and money, so we are in it for the long haul unless the right offer is made. It has been listed by naicommercial.ca out of Calagary, AB Canada. Realtor's name is Jim Balfour...

The club is doing great, and has beat all our expectations and budgets. We are listing the building and business for approximately $2.5M CDN.

We have recently been nominated for a World Club Award from Club Systems International for "Best Lighting System" and "Best Video System" you can read about it on our website under the news section.
