Hey all,
I have an opportunity in Dallas, Tx for interested parties.
I am currently working an asset purchase for an existing establishment. It is a great location(4200sqft) and I have a great bar/restaurant concept to fill the space. If you have an interest send me an email, we can trade particulars, and I can zip off an executive summary to you.
As for me, I have an MBA but little industry experience beyond working the numbers side of the industry for the last 5 months. Which is why as part of the deal I have engaged a management firm with significant industry experience. Additionally, I have some of the capital raised and -I believe- an advantageous negotiating position for the space.
