Hi,

Im a student doing a paper for school. Am trying to get some start up figures for a club, in the Caribbean, with a high demand for a club, and a good target market. On other club is existent at this calibar and will be the first such as this. Three story, club with All exclusive lounge and VIP lounge included. How much start up u think could work? Ill looking at 2mil USD, maybe more. Not sure. Anyone with any ideas? please help ASAP

Depends if you have a building or need to build one? Are there requirements in the Carribean for handicap access (elevators?) 2 Million would probably work if you weren't getting a loan and didn't have to pay rent during planning/construction but it really depends on how much you do. If you are getting a loan and have to pay rent you are probably looking at $60,000 a month. And lets say it takes you 10 months (architect, design, zoning and planning depts, construction, ect) then you are looking at sinking $600,000 just to keep the place open while you are putting it together...
