What promotions are you doing for Thanksgiving?

Here's the format that I use for a promotion. You will notice that it has an owner and a coordinator. This will help keep the promo alive and functioning correctly. I left some area's blank so that you can fill them in. If you look towards the end of the first sheet, you will see a Weekly Promotion Review and a Completion of Promotion Review. These two areas are critical to any promotion. Most people will just run a promotion without any type of observation or revue. If you keep track of all of the particulars, you will know if the promo was a success or a failure. Check it out and see if you like it.

Promotion Description:
The purpose of this promotion is to have fun around Thanksgiving. We will need to have 3 to 4 couples. The guys will stand on one end of the dance floor and the girls on the opposite end directly facing each other. The DJ will hand each of the guys a rubber chicken. He will then inform them that they will need to place the rubber chicken between their legs and hop across the dance floor to the girl opposite of them. The DJ will instruct the girls that when the guy gets there, they will need to place their hands behind their back and take the rubber chicken from between the guy’s knees with their teeth. Once the girls have the rubber chickens in their mouths, they can take the chicken out with their hands. The girls will have a can of Whipped Cream that they will use to completely fill up the chicken. They have to use the complete contents of the can. The DJ will start the game. As soon as the first guy almost gets to the girl on the opposite side the DJ will blow a whistle and stop the game. He will say that this is too easy and blind fold everyone. Once everyone is blindfolded, The DJ will restart the game. Once the chicken is filled with the Whipped Cream, the girl places it back between the guy’s legs with her teeth. The guy will then hop back to the side that he started from. The first one across the finish line wins. To make this more safe, you might need to string ropes across the dance floor to form lanes. Or leave the dance floor open. This way, the contestants could end up any where.
Promotion Purpose:
The purpose of this promo is to get everyone in to the spirit of Thanksgiving and to have fun. This promo should be somewhat funny and get a positive crowd response.
