I am creating a business plan for a tavern in Los Angeles, and would like some assistance drafting the Operating Statistics portion of the Business Plan. If you know how I could find such a model for Los Angeles or any other major metropolitan center, I would be very grateful. (The tavern may be a full bar, or may serve only wine and beer). Thank you.
